  • Secure portal messaging is intended for routine, non-urgent matters only

  • Messages are not monitored 24/7

  • Do not use the patient portal, email, or voicemail in a crisis

If you have ongoing concerns about safety or worsening symptoms, please bring these to your sessions so we can discuss appropriate supports and planning. When higher levels of care are needed, referrals will be discussed.
